i'll miss doing last minute research online & draining my printing quota together with it

i'll miss setting unachievable deadlines to my completion of work

i'll miss dumping all my irrelevant research on to the floor and messing up the place

i'll miss the satisfaction of seeing my pile of highlighted journals, fully tagged

i'll miss watching the word count at the bottom of the page, counting down every 50 words

i'll miss staying up all night, being accompanied by the endless snacking and coffee

i'll miss the joy of printing the darn essay and walking to uni to submit it (or if unlucky, running)

do i love my assignment times that much?

no, not really.

but given the fact that i won't be doing them anymore.

i feel just a TINGE of sadness.
